Wow. This book was so wildly unique, I don't know where to start!I have honestly never read anything like it. The characters are vivid with imagination and the story itself is full of wonderful adventures. I kind of just want to crawl into this author's head and live there.

Whatever, it's true. There is just so much to love about Cinder, it has all of the elements I look for in a story. Page turning action, lively characters, with intriguing bonds, who will make you laugh, cry, maybe even snort, and you will definitely be cheering them on. Perfect for anyone with a pulse and love of beautifully written stories, I highly recommend this.
I absolutely adored this story, these characters and I cannot wait to delve into Taurin's next journey.
What? Book two is already out?

I really enjoyed reading this book. I thought it was very creative, and kept me wanting to read more. The main characters are very likeable, and you want to cheer them on through out the whole book. Also, I felt like I could place myself in the story and was able to imagine everything that was going on. I would recommend this book to anyone, and cant wait to read the next one.
Topher introduces us to a new world with developed, unique characters and a special balance of tech and fantasy. Filled with action and emotion, both of which kept me turning the pages and held my interest from start to finish. Great for fans of THE MAZE RUNNER and THE HUNGER GAMES series.
Kearby creates a dreary new world and a fantastic story to match its dystopian desolation. Love of family forces Taurin in an adventure that changes his life and will challenge and alter the world he knows. Kearby introduces us to characters to root for and unimaginable obstacles in a battle for justice and a better life. Definitely interested to see what the next book has in store.
Such an amazing book. It flowed so well in character development and storyline. I loved how his character addictions were so smooth and full of enough back story to help promote the storyline not it.
Also truly is wonderful to find a book that I can share with my daughter that also has an underlying humour that I can fully enjoying that isn't crass or inappropriate for her.

Topher Kearby has created an intriguing world that sucks you in from paragraph one. It's a lovely mix of science fiction, action, and fantasy that will keep the reader's attention and intrigue. I finished this book in two days! Topher Kearby is going to be an author that produces many more amazing stories and you're going to want to read his first novel that started it all. Now while you're buying Cinder, I'll be over here starting Earth.

If you have 2-3 hours (depending on how fast you read), this is such an excellent way to completely lose yourself in a new world full of characters that range from straight-forward to ones that leave you questioning if we'll ever understand their true motives. First time I picked this up I devoured it in one sitting, and, if it were possible, my edition would be dog-eared by now from how many times I've re-read it. I'm a bit outside of the YA target market, but it's reminded me of why I loved reading in the first place.
